What do you think about this hands technique?

I think his hand technique is really good. he is so relaxed and natural. I'd like to the same control with my hands. I read the he was a Mangini student.

I'd like to see his playing up close and slower to study it better. He's very in control, I saw this a few weeks ago, I should watch it everyday as a special ed project-my hands seem like they're in diapers after watching this guy.

What exactly is Mangini's approach? I know he's a wrist dude, even to the point of practicing bare handed a lot. How long does it take to get that kind of speed? Speed exercise every day? I would assume that that is pretty intense CNS training.
