What does Virgil eat?
Does anybody know what sort of foods Virgil eats to keep his muscles relaxed/energy up...etc? What kind of excercises does he do? Virgil, feel free to answer!
 I want to use every last detail I can to keep my drumming at it's best and that includes following diets, excersise routines, etc... All replies will be thanked  |

The only thing I know (or think to know) is that he does jogging every day (~30mins). He said sth like this when I had lunch with him in Italy (but I don't know If he does so always - in Italy he did).

I know he has been following the diet in the book "The Zone" by Barry Sears. I have read it my self, and it is very interesting!

yeah and he doesn't have sex the night before a drum clinic or concert, hehe.

Damn I saw '6' replies to this thinking that since last time when there were 3 some new info has come up. Well sex may or may not increase modivation but it definetly doesn't belong in my thread. I'm so sick of people doing this. WHEN YOU REPLY TO A THREAD MAKE SURE YOU STAY ON TOPI....I'm only kidding
