Slowing down music!

Hey guys! I was just wondering if any of you use software to slow down music so you can figure some grooves or fills? I am looking at getting some software, but am not real familiar with any particular brand. If anyone owns some slow down software, could you let me know if it's user friendly and if it works well for you?

Cheers

Thumbs up

I perform this function in Cubase. It was particularly interesting to listen to the Bulgarian Runs during Steve Vai's "Freak Show Excess." Broken up into loops of 7. There was a lot of editing going on. It is quite possible that the entire section was one big lick that was chopped up and re-arranged later.
