Thanks scott the Wfd dvd was just about the world record stuff and showed heel toe into controled toe down heel strokes..

This dvd shows drummers the foot techniques from the ground up

"While others have tried to create a haze of mystery
around drumming techniques, Tim openly shares the
ideas and methods that have helped him to set world
records. Perhaps more importantly, he demonstrates
what is possible when we set our minds on achieving
our goals."
