most of his solo's have that kinda stuff cept its hard to tell exactly what he's doin cuz he's so good at it  |

yeah thats the same exact thing he showed us during the Phil clinic. man my head was spinning like crazy thinking about it and hearing it in real time, oh god save us from this man...lol!

The great thing about Virgil is that he play things that hes not in total control of all the time. That way, it gets much more exciting to listen to, and you realize that he is (after all) a human being.

Oh yeah, I saw something similar. Something they cut out of the Virgil clinic on the TUDW dvd, where he does the paradiddle against the double paradiddle, and goes "Then you have to try it the other way", they cut out where he was having trouble getting into it. I think that's a great, though unintentional, way to show people how to approach these exercises. Having trouble? Slow it down. But obviously you won't pick it up within 5 seconds like Virgil did.

Might just be a ploy, could be a cover up because he's realizing the fact that we're catching onto the fact that he's not human. I think it's obvious, just check out his bands and song names, "Planet X" "Pyramids on MARS" "ALIEN hip hop" "Running from the Aliens" and most importantly "King of the universe".
