stefan_vortex Registered User Join Date: Jan 2005 Posts: 258	Hand / finger speed well, i havent practiced roll speed and endurance lately and when i sat on my pad yesterday i noticed that both my singles and doubles are bout 10bpm slower than they used to be 2 months ago so curently it is 140-singles and 200 doubles (but i have to warm up a lot before goin to 200) for 1 bar of 4/4. i use mainly fingers on singles,and wrists and elbows on doubles.....so...any ideas about improvig hand speed and endurance? __________________ [URL=http://www.myspace.com/stefangoranov[/URL]

For the improving of your speed and endurance => exercise! alot!
