hi has anyone met or heard Dom Famularo play or teach 'cos im seeing him tonight and I was wondering if you lot had any oppinions of him, I know he's Jims mate and Jims unbelievable so I was hoping this dudes gona whupp my ass

Yes he is gonna whip your ass, thoroughly. He has some unbelievable chops, but what's gonna get your money is his attitude. THE absolute best motivational speaker for drums, ever. He's there to teach and to inspire, not to show off or give a cutting edge performance (which he does give anyway).

lol he was good I knew he would be 'cos of who he is and who he knows etc etc but yeah your right his bass drums were fast I couldnt see what he was doin but i assked him what hedid and he uses double strokes just like virgil can and flams etc, he's great but luckily when I was there this other dude called Malcolm was watching too he's notfamous at all but Jim Chapin has said he's one of, if not, the best drummers in the world today, and I think Jim knows what he's on about so it was cool to not only meet Dom but to meet this other dude and get him to sign my stuff lol it was cool im gonna have to nic some of his ideas cos they sounded really nice. and yh very happy positive guy |
