Some questions about practice sessions

Guys I want to know, for how long you play drums, and how many hours you practice per day....And what's your greatest conquer with the drums, in terms of technic or anything else....

thanks

I practice 22 hours and 30 minutes a day. I don't eat or drink b/c it wastes too much time, so I hook myself up interveiniously that way I am nourished enough to keep practicing. My greatest accomplishments are:
1. Clean doubles at 430 bpm ( 16th notes)
2. Clean singles at 410 bpm (16th notes)
3. Alternating diddle-egg-five's between left foot/ left hand at 220 bpm while simulteaneously playing alternating inverted cheese double paradiddle-diddle quintuplet pataflaflas at 235 bpm, effectively creating a 47 against 44 polyrythym, while doing flam taps with my eyelids.
4. Eating 12 Krystal's in a minute on my annual day off.

Ahh.. nice try pcannon, but if nothing goes IN the digestive system, then nothing comes OUT. Kills two birds with one stone. Also, FYI I bought a voice recognition connection to my computer which allows me to practice as I'm speaking this. Of course, it's not so I could talk to you loafers but it is so that am able to practice another degree of interdependence.

O.K. I'll give you that one! while I do a (w/ right foot) Multiple inverted swiss seventeen stroke pataflafla double ratamacue drag tap WHILE doing a paradiddle-diddle flammed mill single drag tap with my left foot WHILE flamdragging a multiple bounce roll w/ left hand so I can type this with my right hand in 7,@ 431 bpm's of course. 5-6-7. Good enough for a WARM UP!

Not bad, but while I'm singing various Italian operas and memorizing medical dictionaries and legal documents, I play One-handed Dodetuple (12) Inverted Cheesaflafla-a-diddle-egg-mills at 360 bpm with my left hand while spinning drumsticks (on fire) with my right foot and bench pressing 450 lbs with my right hand while playing snare solos like "Phantom Phrenzy" with my eyelids while I play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas with my left foot. This is for my warm ups. Of course, considering the difficulty of what I actually play after I'm warmed up, I should warm up with something much harder. What do you suggest?

Acually john had a real question before we got caried away!! Sorry john, I guess you should practice in terms of your goals and how much time you have. I'm Very lucky, I teach 3 days out of the week and play every fri-sat. So that allows me 1 whole day of practice (7hrs.) 5 half days (4-5hrs) 1 day (sun) off. Like I said I'm grateful I can swing this. If you can do something like this, keep a practice diary!! And use every available minnute! I use dvd's-various books-web sites for practice material rather than just playing along with songs on cd's.
