Anyone else have the Kevin Talley DVD? I just got my autographed copy from him in the mail and it has the slayer drummer audition on it. Also at the end of the DVD (approximately 3 hours long) he explains his double bass technique with pretty good camera angles on his feet. ALso he goes in depth and demonstrates blast beats, fills, doubles, quads, triplets, sixtuplets, hand exercises for speed, and alot more that I have not watched yet. If you have not heard of Kevin Talley he was the drummer for Misery Index until a few days ago when he joined chaimaira. He played for MOD, and Dying Fetus as well. He is one of the best death metal drummers I have ever seen. In the audition he didnt miss a beat with slayer. Its a really great video that motivates me more than any drum video I have ever seen, so I thought I would mention it in the forum. I get too motivated and have to turn off the DVD and try some of the stuff he teaches. You can get a copy of it from him at drummerkevintalley@yahoo.com

Excellent DVD that runs about 3 hours with great video quality and closeups of slayers equipment in their practice space, as well as kerry king, jeff and tom. He is playing with chaimaira and they are on tour with machine head right now, so it might take a couple of days for him to get back with you but he definately will, he's very cool and will put you on the guest list at any of the shows if you ask.

Anyways, I think this video is a must have so I thought I would share.
