Virgil Donati Messageboard - Istanbul Alchemy cymbals (opinions?)

Zsolt Registered User Join Date: Jun 2004 Posts: 53	Istanbul Alchemy cymbals (opinions?) I'd like to know what your opinions are on these cymbals; (the good and the bad) I've never played them, so I don't know anything about them. Are these on par with top of the line Paiste or Sabian cymbals? (which one would you choose?) I'm thinking of buying 2 crashes (would like a ride and Hi-Hat too, but I'm low on budget ) A 14" and a 16" medium crash would cost me €214; I think that's a good deal, because it's the professional series. Any help would be appreciated. Zsolt
