well,this is my first year in a college of music and it is the first time i have to study solfege and piano...well ive played the piano for a while but solfege??!
i hate it! i mean im a drummer-i can put down on paper complex beats and stuff, but why on earth do i have to study solfege?? The funniesst thing is i am in the advanced group since the entry test was theory mainly-and i ve studied theory a lot so now im with the opera singers and pianists who are responding like machines when the teacher plays sth
in addition to it my teacher thinks im a non-hygienic idiot because my solfege lessons are right after a session of 2hours(at least) of drumming and i dont look very claen after that...
