dude, in the fitness industry we call that overtraining, and can be counter productive if u keep going so fast for so long. from the location of your pain it sounds like its in your tendons and connective tissues, they are probably inflamed from over use. Take 1-2 Grams of vita-c per day divided into 2 doses (morn, afternoon) for 1 week then , 2-3 grams the 2nd week , level off the 3rd week w/ 3 grms in 3 daily doses. one of the best types is called "ESTER-C", most local health stores carry it. vita-c is a natural anti-inflammatory , of course rest is essential too.... happy healing and drumming....
