ICM take a little break. When you go back to practicing, STOP immediately as soon as you feel pain. If you can't get through a practice session, play half of one, or you might need to seek a therapist or chiropractor, just to be safe. Stretch before practicing (you're already doing that), and address your grip on your sticks and your seat height. Are you gripping too hard, especially during the more intense sections? And, locating the pain is key...if your hands are sore, your forearms may need stretching, strengthening, or, taking a break, and so on with the other limbs.
