ive always been using clear heads instead of coated. i dont have much experience with coated heads, except on my snare of course, and i was wondering what everyone's oppinion is on coated heads. a lot of my favorite drummers use coated heads, i really like their tone. im not even really sure there's a difference! thats how much experience i have with coated heads. so pls, inform me!
right now ive got my yamaha heads on my new yamaha, of course, and i might get some new heads soon. tell me which u think is the best..clear or coated! thanks!
