What does Virgil eat?

Does anybody know what sort of foods Virgil eats to keep his muscles relaxed/energy up...etc? What kind of excercises does he do? Virgil, feel free to answer!:D
I want to use every last detail I can to keep my drumming at it's best and that includes following diets, excersise routines, etc...

The only thing I know (or think to know) is that he does jogging every day (~30mins). He said sth like this when I had lunch with him in Italy (but I don't know If he does so always - in Italy he did).

I know he has been following the diet in the book "The Zone" by Barry Sears. I have read it my self, and it is very interesting!

Damn I saw '6' replies to this thinking that since last time when there were 3 some new info has come up. Well sex may or may not increase modivation but it definetly doesn't belong in my thread.
