I am planning to get more into some recording when i get home.
Currently i have a Behringer analog mixer, and and using the Main Outs L+R to go straight to the line in on the computer.
Checking out the Behringer website, they have a podcast pack that has a mixer that goes into a F Controler, which then allows it to be conected to the computer via Fire Wire.
I want to know would that F control be worth getting or not. The rear panel only has slots for L + R in then a Fire Wire out which would then go into the Mac?
Or would the quiality be the same as what i am currently doing?
Any thoughts?
My mixer also has phantom power, if thats any relevance.
