Just wanted to pass the info along. I was tipped off about some stuff called "Bright Boy" available at Home Depot. Does absolute wonders on your cymbals and one bottle will last you forever. I was recommended by several drummers to not use anything acid based, which most "Cymbal Cleaners" are. Anyway, check that stuff out, really great.

well as long as it does make the cymbals looks new again no matter how miniscule the rubb off on your cymbal it's ok. i simply just scrab my cymbals with detergent tp remove dirt and grimes then a little but very light buffing to shines them up.

...any ideas how to clean virg's cymbals? I've a problem cleaning them because they don't have a smooth (right word?) surface and so
after cleaning them they look as if they have a milky skin.
