Hey guys, I recently had the opportunity to watch the Derek Groddy Videos, very fast and accurate death metal drummer. There are parts in the video which are instructional, and he is using some sort of rubber snare and drum and tom setup. Looks small and simple. I've looked online for something like this and have not been able to find it.

Does anyone know what this is? I bought a SOUND OFF for the bass drum but it is still pretty loud. I am mainly looking for something to work on my feet, my SOUND OFFS for the toms work pretty well.

Thanks in advance,
Shane

why don't you just get a whole practice pad kit like those made by remo or pearl.

You can also just get a bass drum pratice pad if you are interested in working your feet....I have a Pearl one that is quite good.

Anyone ever mess with this http://www.drum-set.biz/store/product.asp?sku=ad.gp08&nav=m - I have an iron cobra double bass pedal, curious if this will be big enough to use (talking about the bassdrum)

Speaking of Derek Roddy, wonder what happened to his website. Any clue guys?
