Recommended hihats

Can anyone give me some recommendations on hihats. I currently use the 13 k/z hats and looking to get some new ones. Also do they sell the hats Virgil uses? If so has anyone used them?

Do you want to go brighter or darker than your k/z? Are you looking for a main or an auxiliary hi-hat?

Try the A custom projection series hi-hats maybe....

Virgil´s hi-hat, as well as his ride, are prototypes - they´re not avaliable.

I use 15 inch Zildjian New Beats... nice fat crunch... and they dont have stupid overtones like some hihats do.

Virgil uses Sabian HHX hi-hats when he doesn't have his prototypes, so check them out too if you like
