playing main theme of "ataraxia"

in a worksheet i got from one of virgil's clinics in may, it shows how to play the theme from the song "ataraxia." does any one have any suggestions on how to approach playing this song? it's in 7/16 and the right hand plays quarters on the second hi hat- i can play the part with the feet ok- its putting it all together and i can't figure out where the snare hits are. can any one help?- thanks!
