I too was wondering about his dvd. I saw a trailer for it on the WFD site, but I don't really know what he talks about on it...

I have the DVD, and I've found it helpful... Johnny shows only few exercises (about four, with some variations for every day of the week) and, overall, his personal path for reaching high speeds with hands... and he is very fast with hands!! :)
I'm using Drumometer since 1 month, I'm about 800 strokes in a minute, and my jaws dropped when I saw him doing more than 900 without warming up! And that is where he starts!! He shows progress at the end of every week and then gives you the 'next' step...
I forgot, the video is crazy!! A lot of (don't know how to say it in english) funny things, like puppets, cartoons, they pop up while he's talking seriously (sometimes not that much!)...
Well, IMO if you consider help, exercises, good advices, fun, and low price, it's a must-have! :)

I too saw that WFD clip on Johnny Rabb. The 1st exercise, i think, he teaches you how to develope a 32nd-note single stroke roll.
"RRRR as 16th's" then
"LLLL as 16th's" then
"RLRLRLRL as 32nd notes"
The one after that, i think, was
"RRRR as 16th's" then
"RLRLRLRL as 32nd notes" then
"LLLL as 16th's."
Is that what you guys saw?
