What an awesome night it was in Leeds that night. Virgil was simply fantastic. I last saw him in clinic with Vera Figuerada at Bradford, (where he broke the front head of the bass drum with his sheer power).
I didn't think he could possibly be any better than that, but he was, with his arsenal of drumming skills more evident than ever.
The Power Drumming video was purchased soon after and what a great help that has been over these years.
Anyway the show at Leeds was very intimate, and I was lucky enough to get a front row seat and to witness his professional and powerful, friendly amazing drumming at close quarters.
This is my first time on line, and I just wanted to share my thoughts and experience of the night with you folks not fortunate enough to have attended.
