View Full Version : HELP!! with double bass workouts

Hey guys ive been working on using my calfs instead of my thighs for double bass and allthough its alittle less powereful its prob like 10 bpm faster. I have been seriously attempting to learn this all afternoon and was wondering if anyone knew any workouts to do im currently about 200bpm but very inconsistent please help.

4ths, 8ths, 16ths, 32nds???? :confused:

Yeah, 32nds at 200bpm.. that's 16ths at 400bpm.. :)
