Wow! wat a show..... im also from SA and lets just say it was a great treat being able to see that type of complex and professional drumming. You dont see a lot of that here. Im a metal drummer but as far as learning new rhythm concepts go it was well worth it.
Ive started on that sheet paper we received from virgil and lets just say I've been looking for something hard 2 practise in a wile and this was well worth the wait!
Cant wait for Virgil 2 come back!

i went to go see Virgil lastnight here in Cape town. it was amazing!
i had the privilage of picking him up from the airport and taking him out for a quick bite to eat before the show. it was a pleasure driving him around and showing him alittle bit of cape town.
he also signed my sticks, awesome!
Virgil, if you read this, it was an honour, thank you!

Serious , serious ****. Odd times and paradiddles left and right sides-Left foot and snare right foot and ride and all paradiddles in triplet time.
Also rhythms featuring 1/8th trips on hihat while playing 1/4 or 1/2 trips on snare whilst playing quarters on bass drum

Same sheet since 2003, just a few different transcription bits, like Ground Zero, Apocalypse etc. etc.
