And VERY heavy!!
What was that story about them getting vandalised while they were on display at an event?

Don't forget the ancient medallion that went into the mix as well...
But yes lots of Paiste cymbals melted down and reformed into a beastly sounding kit - i think everyone would agree he gets an AWESOMELY punchy sound out of those toms.

I'll quote my mate here: "...and his bass drums are like a punch in the ass!"

I was the first drummer to play these drums when they were being manufactured, the first was a 13" snare that was made for the Carl Palmer kit! The weight of these drums are unreal! The bass drums were almost too heavy for one man to carry! Incredible drums though! I still can't see how in the world that gibraltar "front" rack can hold those toms! They must have memory locks on the memory locks!

Hey does anybody remember the Radial Bridge Drums by Peavey? Bobby Rock's got a massive set of these...I don't know of any others who have them...All I know is last time I checked, they don't make them anymore.

Damn, Radial Pro drums are the best ever made! I love the concept and sound. It's such a shame they stoped making them...
