Do you guys like Mastodon? I don't know if there is another topic on this so I started one anyway. What catches me about them is the drummer, how its not so much just beats but its a separate entity within the music itself.

Mastodon is amazing. Their drummer is amazing. Everything about them is amazing.

I used to watch Bron (sp?) back in high school. He went to the one nearby me. He played in a group called Lethargy, and he was a monster back then too.

I saw Mastodon last night, it was intense. Their drummer had like a 5 piece set, but he made full use of everything. Amazing band.
