Help-me to create my routine of studies!

Hi all,

This is my first post in this forum. I want to know how can I divide correctly my hour of studies... In one hour I made this:

First 05 Minutes - Warm Up.
Next 15 - Study Stick Control.
10 Minutes - Some Tecniques
15 Minutes - Study the New Breed
15 Minutes - Study other rhythms or play some charts

Total: One hour

What do you think ? What's your sugestion ? :rolleyes:

well, it's your choice. i would rather be sporadic or go with what you feel are really worth studying for an hour or two then shift.

Hey man welcome to the board
I also am a big fan of brazilian rhythm
can't get much of that sort of music (quality anyway) in Ireland
it's hard to work out a practice routine
but when you have one stick to it
it depends what you need to work on too
at the moment I am doing alot of the basics
rudiments and metronome work
but its' a very individual thing really
any hot drum procpects to tell us about from brazil?
