I didn't feel it went anywhere, i think more thought went into doing unisons, odd-time and scales etc. That's not saying it sounded terrible
BUT, it does sound well, mixing-wise ...

I would recomend to you as a band to maybe spend a little more time together and slow things down when you are practicing: Take 10-15 bpm off the tempo and take it through when you all concentrate on the time and feel of the song. I may have to agree with jimi,- it seems to be more of an etude then an actual song, but there is definately potential. Keep up the good work.

i really liked the intro! but then after that..i just started to get that feeling like everything was just kinda thrown at random..and i sorta felt lost. but understand what kind of vibe ur trying to give off..so i can understand how it can be thrown together and sound amazing, because ur all talented! i think u guys should, like morgenthaler said, practicing with a little slower tempo, and really spend time working on straight coordination between each instrument and then u can make urself a nice little dream theater instrumental, which im assuming is what ur kind of going for..

keep up the hard work guys!:)

Ok... slow it down a bunch... the tempo was being murdered by a lot of dragging.. the drum parts could use a little more push behind them also. I.E.: mix it up a lot more rather than using the typical beats that all drummers use.. fill in those gaps in the music and create the pocket. When doing this, just remember to use that imagination. Just keep up the practice and you'll get far! That's how any good musician gets somewhere.
-m.c.
P.S.: Don't forget to use that imagination! You want it to feel like you're going on a journey each time you play.. and when you return from the journey.. you learn something new everytime!

Hey GaBr,

I don't think you need to slow anything down at all! I thought you guys had some very creative ideas... Maybe just a little more attention to some of the details... You've only been playing 1 year??!! There are those out there that's been playing for years that couldn't begin to even think in odd time let alone play it! Fantastic job my friend!

If you keep up this kind of work ethic along with that great attitude of yours, things are going to happen for you!

Stay away from cigarettes, booze and drugs and you'll go far!

Keep up the good work young man (or woman?)... :D

Stay steady,

D.

The piano/drum relationship in the
second part of the intro need to be
more together like in the second sect-
ion of the second time through.

I like the bass/drums, in the B-Sect-
ion. A little spanish flare, there. Nice.

It sounds like the keys are working
hard. Just have to do it more.

The ending has to be changed, I think.
There needs to be more climax.

Otherwise, I really dig it. I love that wild
sound you guys are going for!!

:)
