JUngle HELP!!!! 11/8 or 11/4

Hey guys, its drum bum matt here, i was just wondering if ne one can help with a jungle groove in either 11/8 or 11/4 its really bugging me n ive got a kick ass idea i wanna bring to the band!!! thanks ! alot! :)
