WAIT, WAIT, WAIT !!!!! Until you see and hear the footage from the show at the Baked Potato Saturday night. I have been fortunate to attend performances of most of the great contemporary drummers of our time. What I witnessed last night will send many players back to the woodshed with a new sense of joy at what can be accomplished with determined hard work.
Virgil’s greatness is only surpassed by his genuine humility. Thank you Virgil for expanding our art form and dancing on the edge, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Gods Speed on the Asian swing. I cannot thank you enough.
P.S. Christopher I hope you have the footage of that mammoth solo to show the folks in Virgland.

I was being sarcastic and ironic. Maybe a full length video is going to be floating on the net, and we´ll get a 10-second clip. Premium folks will get the larger, 30-second version :)

Yes, you guys will all see footage from that night. However, I didnt get anything yet...so I don't even know what it looks like.

Virgil called me up a couple of days before and said that he would be playing with that new kit with the suspended toms. It's definately a new dynamic added to his kit and I'm glad that TVdrum was there to witness it and tell us about it.

Stay tuned for that highlight video, guys.
